I bought his new album, I rather like it. I've never bought one of his before but had heard a new song "Gravity" on a show somewhere and liked it.

two of my favourites from the CD is "waiting on the world to change" and "vultures." gravity is actually on his "john mayer trio" cd as well, which was this jazzy type of album he put out with two other dudes. i like his solo stuff better.
also glad he's not dating jessica simpson.
